His daughter Ji-an Vicker turns 14 today and as a proud father, Van Vicker took to social media to tell the world how much he loves and cherishes his daughter.
He described her daughter as ‘generous, modish, caring, ingenious, street smart, beautiful, resolute, respectful, genteel’ among other attributes.
But most importantly, Van Vicker says her daughter takes up one of the four soft spots in his heart.
He captioned a photo gallery with his daughter on Instagram: “Generous, modish, caring, ingenious, street smart, beautiful, resolute, respectful, genteel, chivalrous, talented, down to Earth...these are just but a few of what you are built of. You can be mulish at times but you make me a proud father.
Today you turn 14. The baby who would cry all day and cry all night, yet extremely sweet. Till today when you cry it touches my innermost feelings. I have ONLY four soft spots in my heart Ji-an, you take up one. You are multitalented, the World is at your beck and call, take it by storm and make an impact on people's lives.

Authorities are investigating how pictures of a police woman undressing were taken and shared on social media. In the pictures shared on Facebook, the woman is seen sitting on a sofa with a cellphone in one hand and what looks like a glass of alcohol in the other. Another picture then shows the woman with the glass closer to her mouth while the last two pictures show her undressing, even revealing her panties. In the pictures, the woman seems to be aware in the first picture that someone was taking the pictures as she smiles in the direction of the camera. However, it is difficult to tell whether in the other picture where she is undressing, she was fully aware of what was happening. It is unclear at this stage whether the pictures were shared by the woman in the picture or someone else did it with or without her consent. The federal government has opened up on whether it will impose another lockdown or not. Boss Mustapha The Federal Government has said there is no plan to impose another lockdown, despite the increase in COVID-19 cases in the country. Chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF), Boss Mustapha, stated this on Thursday, during the daily media briefing. Mustapha was asked if the government was looking to shut down the country again, in a bid to flatten the curve of the pandemic. “To go back to a total lockdown must be taken in the context of what we desire to achieve after we’ve lockdown for about five weeks and seen how we fared. “So the issue of review might not have that in contemplation because you can’t move forward and begin to move backward again,” he replied. As at today, a total of 13,873 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria. 4,351 patients have been discharged and 382 deaths recorded.
