BREAKING: APC Announces Winner Of Edo Governorship Primary Election

The All Progressives Congress has announced a winner in today's governorship primary election.

Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu has emerged the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant for the September 2020 election.
 
The announcement was made by the party on Monday.
 
Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma declared Ize-Iyamu winner of the direct primary defeating Pius Odubu and Osaro Obazee.

The Bakgaga Tribal Authority offices in Ga-Mphahlele outside Polokwane, which helped the community with proof of residence documents, among others, were damaged in violent protests last year. The partly-burnt offices were shut down last year, forcing locals to travel outside their villages for such services. Resident Percy Mathabatha said it has been difficult for residents of the 54 villages under Mphahlele to get services from their tribal offices following the dispute.
