A woman who was emotionally abusive towards her fiance for two years has shared her story to help other abusive women realize the error in their behavior.

The Twitter user, who is now married to the man, narrated how she found herself getting jealous while they were waiting to get married. During that period, she sometimes acted out by being emotionally abusive to her fiance.

The Bakgaga Tribal Authority offices in Ga-Mphahlele outside Polokwane, which helped the community with proof of residence documents, among others, were damaged in violent protests last year. The partly-burnt offices were shut down last year, forcing locals to travel outside their villages for such services. Resident Percy Mathabatha said it has been difficult for residents of the 54 villages under Mphahlele to get services from their tribal offices following the dispute. COVID-19: FG Reveals Decision On Imposing Another Lockdown

The federal government has opened up on whether it will impose another lockdown or not. Boss Mustapha   The Federal Government has said there is no plan to impose another lockdown, despite the increase in COVID-19 cases in the country.   Chairman of the Presidential Task Force (PTF), Boss Mustapha, stated this on Thursday, during the daily media briefing.   Mustapha was asked if the government was looking to shut down the country again, in a bid to flatten the curve of the pandemic. “To go back to a total lockdown must be taken in the context of what we desire to achieve after we’ve lockdown for about five weeks and seen how we fared. “So the issue of review might not have that in contemplation because you can’t move forward and begin to move backward again,”  he replied.   As at today, a total of 13,873 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria.   4,351 patients have been discharged and 382 deaths recorded.
